For me a very underrated German band but Wehrkraftzersetzer (WKZ) shine with a brilliant Hardcore/Punk sound and interesting lyrics (what have you against fresh milk?). They were from Ludwigshafen and were originally founded as Grauschleier. Under the name WKZ the group exists since 1984. Their debut on vinyl was the split EP with F.O.H. (Flag Of Hope) on No Nährwerte Productions. In 1988 they released their debut LP on Dissonance Records. In addition, two songs appeared on the first Kulturschock Attacke compilation from Sig-Tiu Records. In the years 1988 - 1994 the members devoted to a new band called Memento Mori and become more heavier and aggressive before end 1994 WKZ were resurrected. In their later works WKZ left the Hardcore/Punk sound and recorded more melodic songs with self-deprecating lyrics. Result is the 2nd album 'Musik Für Mädchen' which came out 2002 on NGP Records. Fazit: With this album WKZ must not hide behind Inferno, Chaos Z or Boskops, Echte Punx is for real punx and all who call themselves punx. - And now it's time for the 1.Bundesliga!
